Without him, Hitler would have nicely asked Jews to be kind enough to leave Germany and settle somewhere else. Perhaps he would have even called the moving company himself, then later sent them a welcome gift to their new home…

The first was in Lithuania in July 1941, described by Yad Vashem as the “beginning” of the Final Solution."
